- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Rob and Lauren went above and beyond from the application process to the closing of the property. Rob and Lauren were very courteous and made sure that I understood the process. Rob didnot mind at all to anwer or return my calls late at night to keep me informed of the status of the loan and closing. As far as documents requirements they are pretty good in collecting the documents the documents that are needed it for the loan application. If you have questions or are not sure how much house you can afford Rob is pretty good on giving guidance on that aspect as well.
